	The hotel have bungalows and rooms with limit of people allowed
	For bungalows and rooms with kitchen, we have all sort of cooking utensils except coffee pot and micro wave
	Swimming pool faces the beach
	Limited covered parking
	We are located on the main avenue of town and face the ocean
	We have rooms with and with out kitchen, bungalows and suites with kitchen and we do not have a restaurant
	We do not have laundry service
	For hygienic reasons animals and pets are not allowed under any circumstances
	Reservations through telephone, mail or fax is required 50% payment in advanced according the total amount
	In case of cancellation will be charge 40% from the total amount
	Discounts are applied in the following seasons:   - March to June        (except Holy week, Easter week and National Days)   - From August 16th until December 21st. (except National days)
	Check in is from 7 am as soon is available, on the contrary check in will be at 13:00 hrs.
	Check out is 11 am, 1 hour of tolerance is allowed
	People under 10 years old are considered as children
	Prices are by room, the limit of people allowed must not be exceeded
	The entrance is restricted to people who are not lodged in the hotel
